HybridWorld Commission
The Hybrid World Commission (HWC) is an independent advisory and coordination body established by Anthony Hamilton to support the development of new, festival-based and non-championship motorsport platforms, including HybridV10, and related technical, educational and manufacturer-led initiatives.
HybridV10 is not affiliated with any existing governing body. All activities are intended to operate respectfully alongside established motorsport structures, and where required, within applicable National Sporting Authority (ASN) and International Sporting Code (ISC) frameworks.
A Home for Hybrid & Next-Generation Performance Exploration
Reigniting Performance, Sound & Innovation
HybridV10 has been conceived by Anthony Hamilton as a global festival-based motorsport platform designed to celebrate performance, sound and spectacle, combining naturally aspirated V10 and V8 engines with simplified, clearly defined hybrid systems.
The objective is to offer an alternative, complementary motorsport experience that emphasises durability, accessibility, emotion and fan connection, while remaining conscious of modern efficiency and sustainability considerations.
Creating New Top-Tier Opportunities
A core objective of the Hybrid World Commission™ is to help create new, credible, top-level opportunities for drivers, engineers, designers, mechanics, technologists and operational talent who aspire to work and compete at the highest levels of motorsport.
Through the platforms it supports, the HWC encourages:
- The creation of additional professional race seats beyond existing championships
- New top-tier engineering, design and performance roles
- Clearer merit-based pathways for talent progression
- Opportunities for experienced professionals and emerging talent to contribute meaningfully at elite level
This focus is intended to expand the overall opportunity set within motorsport, rather than concentrate it, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety and performance.
A New Pathway for Manufacturers
Through its advisory role, the Hybrid World Commission provides a neutral forum for dialogue and collaboration between manufacturers, technology partners and promoters.
This includes opportunities for:
- Hybrid and sustainable-fuel technology demonstration
- Performance-focused innovation
- Engagement by manufacturers not currently active in motorsport
Additional programmes and collaboration pathways will be introduced here as future initiatives are confirmed.
A Platform for the Next Generation
For fans, drivers, engineers, manufacturers and creators The Hybrid World Commission™ supports discussion, best-practice development and coordination around:
- High-performance hybrid propulsion
- Sustainable fuels and energy recovery
- Cost-controlled, fan-accessible motorsport formats
- Talent development pathways outside traditional championship ladders
It is intended as a constructive contribution to motorsports broader ecosystem, not a replacement for existing institutions.
A Commitment to Transparency, Voice & Accountability
A founding principle of the Hybrid World Commission™ is the belief that motorsport benefits when concerns can be raised openly, constructively and without fear, whether by participants, teams, engineers, officials or fans.
The HWC encourages a culture in which individuals are empowered to say "This Isn't Right" when they believe sporting integrity, fairness, safety or transparency may be at risk, and where such concerns are treated seriously, responsibly and proportionately.
This principle is intended to support trust, confidence and long-term credibility within the platforms it advises, and to reinforce a shared responsibility for maintaining high standards of conduct, governance and decision-making.
A Home for Hybrid & Next-Generation Performance Exploration
Through aligned platforms and events, the Hybrid World Commission™ supports the exploration and presentation of emerging performance technologies within clearly defined, festival-style sporting environments.
All activity is positioned to coexist with existing motorsport structures, while offering additional creative and technical freedom for innovation, education and fan engagement.
